The Happy Campers

Image
I was browsing the internet for camping books and I stumbled across this wonderful work of art. Just one look at the website and I had to buy the book. From the first page it's apparent that a lot of love and passion has been put into the Happy Campers. Wool blankets and reservoirs

I really liked the intricacy of this method. There really seems to be an art to sleeping in a blanket, to stop it unrolling and unfolding while you sleep. I've tried a few times with little success but I'll definitely try this. I'm ordering a dutch military blanket from Endicotts They have good reviews all over the web and are pretty economical. I'll review it when it comes through. I'm going up to the Derwent Valley in a few days on a cycling trip with a few friends. I'll hopefully be staying on with some kit and trying out some reservoir camping while I'm up there. Keep an eye out for some photo's.
